1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Siam Sage", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Siam Sage, operating from 60/3 Patak Road, Karon, Muang, Phuket 83100, Thailand.
• "Service" — our website and the financial education courses we offer.
• "User", "you" — any person who visits our website or enrols in one of our courses.
• "Course" — any educational programme offered by Siam Sage, including Letting the Light In, A Clear View Ahead, and The Wide Horizon Programme.
• "Content" — all materials, guides, notebooks, recordings, and other resources provided as part of a course.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enrol in our courses.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accepting these terms, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

3. What We Offer

Siam Sage provides financial education courses for adults aged 40 and above, delivered primarily in person in Phuket, Thailand. Some course elements — such as recorded sessions — may be made available online.

Important: Our courses provide general financial education only. We are not a licensed financial advisory firm. Nothing in our courses or materials constitutes personal financial advice. Before making any financial decision, you are encouraged to consult a licensed financial professional.

Course availability is subject to scheduling and minimum group numbers. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a course if these conditions are not met, in which case we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any fees paid.

4. Enrolment and Course Fees

To enrol in a course, you must submit an enquiry through our website or contact us directly. Enrolment is confirmed only once we have acknowledged your place in writing and you have completed payment.

Course fees are as follows:

• Letting the Light In — ฿4,400 per participant
• A Clear View Ahead — ฿6,600 per participant
• The Wide Horizon Programme — ฿10,000 per participant

All fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all materials unless otherwise specified. Payment is accepted by Thai bank transfer. Full payment is required to secure your place.

Cancellation and refunds: If you cancel your enrolment more than seven days before the first session, we will refund your fee in full. Cancellations made within seven days of the first session will not be refunded, but you may transfer your place to another person or defer to the next available course date (subject to availability).

5. Your Responsibilities

By using our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or enrolling
• Attend sessions with consideration for other participants
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute course materials without our written permission
• Not use our website or course materials for any unlawful purpose
• Not seek to pass off any Siam Sage content as your own

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, written guides, worksheets, and website content are the property of Siam Sage. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use course materials for your own educational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any course content — in whole or in part — without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Our courses and website content are provided for educational purposes only. We make no representation that any specific financial outcome will result from completing a course. Financial circumstances vary widely between individuals, and nothing we teach should be treated as a substitute for personalised professional advice.

While we take care to keep our content accurate and up to date, financial regulations and market conditions change. We cannot accept responsibility for decisions made based on course content without professional guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Siam Sage's liability in connection with any course or use of our website is limited to the amount of the course fee paid by you. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Most concerns can be addressed through a direct conversation.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of our website or enrolment in courses after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes that affect current enrolees, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you by email.
